The 2024 Academic Summer Chan-7 Retreat at Chung Tai Chan Monastery
|
From June 30th to July 7th, Chung Tai held a Chan-7 retreat for over 1,100 teachers, professors and students. They sat in meditation for ten sessions daily, took the Eight Precepts, and listened to Dharma talks by the presiding master, Abbot Jianying. In the process, they learned how to awaken the true mind and master themselves.

Finding Peace Through Harmony
